[Opensim-users] Terraform Lag

I think I will submit a bug for this unless already done. This is really a showstopper for someone coming form SL and wanting to create a sim presence on any OS grid. 
I compiled to master with changes for 9-26 (sorry my lappy has no git client (no hash)) and confirmed the issue on a standalone to rule out having joined diva regions. Issue is present and there is little or no network lag.
