[Opensim-users] are NPCs not supposed to be temporary?

Sorry, what I meant was after they are supposed to have been shut down, not
log off. The instance was supposed to be running on amazon EC2 (Kitely),
now am thinking... the sim must not have shut down as expected on log off,
may be it was still running.
