[Opensim-users] Announcement of inventory tool (MyInventory), mostly of interest to grid operators/grid nauts

There is always the option to make a query for the asset id and see
if it's returned as missing. If it's missing, you can upload it.
This will, of course, give it a new ID so it won't be found int he
scenario you outlined below. However, it would help in the case
where the asset has been imported previously, for instance as part
of a .iar or .oar file.
