[Opensim-users] Gainsay ultra minimalist web front end

This frontend was deliberately created without all of that fluff. It is
intended to be immediately usefull to anyone who needs to process grid
account requests and who already has a linux or windows AMP stack installed.

Of course you can extend it any way you like, but thats entirely up to you;
I will maintain it as it is titled: an ultra minimalist web front end.
