[Opensim-users] What's the best way to make free, full-perms, frequently-updated objects easily available on multiple grids?

It seem a bit over-specified. What does being hyper grid-enabled have to do with downloading and uploading IARs from/to such a web store? It is a relatively trivial to write the store part. It is pretty much a canned store format with file uploads/downloads.
