[Opensim-users] Heightmap Grayscale % = ??? Meters?

I just tried again, saving as a BMP file, 20 Grayscale, and
following the instructions on the link, saved as a 16-bit file rather
than the default of 24 bit. The "20" as a BMP still ended up importing
to 25.750 meters elevation in-world.
