[Opensim-users] Can't start a running OS 0.7.3 config on a new Windows 2008 server

Not sure.  Let me check.
The Windows 7 machine (the one that works) is running .Net version 4.0.30319
The Windows 2008 VM (the one throwing the error) is running .Net version 
1.0375 (maybe)
