[Opensim-users] limitations on number of open listeners in opensim

There's a string mismatch: OpenSimDefaults.ini contains the property
"max_listeners_per_region", but WorldCommModule.cs looks for
"max_listens_per_region". Surely only one of them is right. (Obligatory:
"And don't call me Shirley")
