[Opensim-users] limitations on number of open listeners in opensim

Related to this topic, I am wondering if there is a throttle in place that
stops the creation of listeners if they are created dynamically at a
certain rate. Side note, I do clean up and remove listeners when am done
with them. Just that in my case, a lot *need* to remain open for things to
work.
