I had this bug too. I've disabled the "Lure module".

When you accept an offer to TP from an avatar in the same sim where you
are, your  viewer freezes on the black screen indefinitely. I already
opened a mantis on 13th, since then, I continued to test this issue in
other grids with revisions in the range from r16506 to now and always this
problem is present.
Strange I have not received confirmations about this issue, people in
Craft-World is complaining about it so I think it must be known in other
grids too. We tested in OSGrid in LBSA Plaza on 13th and the bug was
present.
