All you'd need (assuming you're running Linux) is a dropbox
filesystem, and periodically save OARs to it. For example:
http://arekzb.wordpress.com/

Not sure if you can interact with Dropbox's files on Windows, but it
looks like they already have a filesystem driver built-in on Windows.
You can just copy your OARs to the proper folder and the dropbox
client should automatically sync them up.

If you're looking for an enterprisey equivalent to this, check out
Amazon S3. Different pricing model, but more designed for server side
usage, whereas Dropbox is really geared toward desktop users.
