[Opensim-users] 0.7.2 RC1

I didn't publicise 0.7.2-rc1 anywhere but the mailing list because I wasn't very happy with the fact that people 
initially or only logging in with viewer 2 avatars needed to create a set of body parts/clothing before they would display.

This isn't a content issue but more a question of co-ordinating the database updates needed to achieve this.  I'm not 
sure whether I regard it as a critical block to the release yet or not.
