[Opensim-users] Autopilot always flies?

This is expected but not necessarily correct.

What happens on the Linden grid in the cases (Fly = false, target above terrain), (Fly = false, target on/below 
terrain), (Fly = true, target above terrain), (Fly = false, target on/below terrain)?
