[Opensim-users] Is there an easy way to change the estate owner?

I've never tried it, but I would assume you could edit it in the database
directly?  I don't know if this is up to date but I see this page on the
wiki http://opensimulator.org/wiki/Estate_Support and it sez:

*Estate owners are now supported, but have to be entered in the database
manually, since no support for this exists in the client. Set the
EstateOwner field in estate_settings to the UUID of the user you want to be
the estate owner. It will become effective in each region at the next
region restart.*

Anyone else tried this?
