Hi Pedro,

I think you'll need to provide more information before anyone will be able
to help you.  Try answering the following questions and that might give us
something to go on to help diagnose what's wrong..

1.  What operating system is your Opensim installation running on? (Type
and version, like Windows 7 or Ubuntu 11.1)

2.  What version of Opensim are you using?  (Diva distro or plain Opensim?
 Version #?)

3.  What database and version are you using?  (MySQL? Version #?)

4.  Are you running in standalone or grid mode?  If in grid mode are your
robust and opensim processes on the same or different machines?

5.  Are you seeing a specific error in the startup sequence?  If so paste
it in your reply.

6.  What happens when you try to connect with your viewer?  How far do you
get in the login sequence on the viewer side, does it hang at a specific
part of the login sequence or does it give an error message?  If so paste
it in.

7.  What do you see on the console side when you try to log in?


Without some more details it's very hard to guess what might be wrong...
