The OpenSim team is allergic to anything coming from Linden Labs and
that collection is the set of built in default animations with the
client (you can play any of those by name or key in a script without the
animation file in inventory. The client is LGPL now of course but I
dont know what license applied to content like this. But I would expect
that if they're not included someone on the OpenSim team made the
determination not to at some point. A real answer to that would have to
come from the dev team.
