[Opensim-users] proposition: Turn of creation of maptiles on startup, reduce load..

I have a feeling maptile generation isn't being down async on startup.  I believe kitely are trying this change 
(http://blog.kitely.com/2011/07/14/faster-startup-for-worlds-with-many-assets/) and if it works out we can do it in core 
OpenSim.
