On OSGrid, there is "S:C: OSG Golf Cart MkII" offered by Sarah Kline who 
has a shop on Wright Plaza called Sarah's Creations. Everything is free 
there.

 From her notes included in the package:
"Power source OKC's V19.6....carefully re-adusted to run like a
