[Opensim-users] Setting up OpenSim 7.0.2 Problems

Do you have permissions enabled in the opensim.ini file?  Does it make any
difference if you turn permissions off?

The only time I've seen that behavior is when I had permissions turned on
and public access on the estate/region turned off..
