[Opensim-users] Region.ini RegionType

In the Region.ini files there is a RegionType setting.  I have 
checked and if it is uncommented for a region and set to "Mainland" 
that region type does indeed show up in the viewer about land 
information as "mainland" rather than "Unknown" which is present if 
its left commented.

What is the range of values allowed for this setting and do they have 
any specific effect?

Maybe someone who knows what multi-tenancy does and what is the 
ScopeID?  Is it a group UUID?
