[Opensim-users] New OpenSim services bundle

i've updated the os_services bundle to v 0.2.  full details can be found
in the changelog, but the main goal was to reduce setup to a single
config.php file and tweak a few issues.  done.  updates to the search
and profile modules code from Kevin Cozens are also folded in.

i'm also putting together a short video tutorial because people outside
of this list had 'hinted' at one so, why not, right?
