[Opensim-users] Awaiting region handshake

[GUARDIAN]

Unfortunatly this did not work, after moving the server to the DMZ, Robust
starts fine, but opensim failes with:

 

exception occured on sending request to
http://myname.dyndns.org:8003/presence: System.Net.WebException: Error:
NameResolutionFailure

 

I can get to http://myname.dyndns.org:8003/presence fine my end, it brings
up the hippo page, so I'm guessing that it's the router again, not looping
back.

 

I live in NZ so have done some research and found the Linksys E2000 router
SHOULD support loopback if you disable "NAT Filtering" so I'm going to buy
the router this week

And install it on the weekend. Its nearly $200 so I hope this works!!
