You can also check to see you regions are set to the correct Uri in
bin/regions
I set up diva with my own regions and it set up a list I didn't need I
deleted it and the problem was solved

Hi,

I have Diva and wifi running on standalone working fine
I am able to login on the viewer with the land owner. 
I cannot login with the admins name to the region
I have created other users to try including the male, female and neutral
avatars
and they cannot login to the region.
All users on Wifi can log into the web site

The error on the viewer when trying to login to the region is:

Login Failed
Error Generating Login Response

This is the error I see on the server

23:45:24 - [LLOGIN SERVICE]: Exception processing login for **** ****:
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to
an instance of an object.

Can anyone help please
