[Opensim-users] Disable creation permissions on a region

Hi,

We have developed a virtual lounge for our intranet, and created some 
users. But unknowingly users are deleting primitives.

Can we disable creation permissions for all users except the master user 
and lounge developers? Can we even disable permissions to delete 
primitives created by other users?
