[Opensim-users] limiting avatar changes

I'm using OpenSim with a younger population of students. I'd like to
disable the ability to alter some (or all if necessary) of the avatar
looks. ie women's chest, male coin purse etc.  

I'm also making a skin with underwear on it so that kids don't see more
than they should if they take all the clothes off. Is there a way to
prevent skins from being changed?
