If you're connected to Osgrid there are various freebies to be found lying
all over the place.
Samsara, Snoopies etc etc.
Also try asking around at LBSA plaza or any of the Sandboxes.
If you're on a localsim then you either have to make it yourself or find
skins or hair or whatever on the web.

You can find some freebies in imprudence XML format at
http://tgib.co.uk/and other places.
I believe there are OARS at annuna grid's hosting page.

But to echo others: if you look you will find.
