[Opensim-users] building git master with ModreX add-on

The Physics dir is created during the compilation of opensim.

You should first compile opensim without ModreX and then again with ModreX
in the addon-modules dir.

(I also tried to compile ModreX, with me it failed cause I was not using
0.69 opensim, It compiled futher than the last time I tried though, so I got
hope ...)
