The way I am setting mine up is including the textures, scripts, etc tin a .zip file that you would upload the textures to the database first then upload using the import function of your viewer to get the actual object in world then replacing scripts where they go. I am still in the planning phase of my site but do have the initial things in place to test things out to see if things work like I plan...
