Ahha! I just discovered "Badger Ports" http://badgerports.org/
so I just upgraded the stock 2.4.4 install to 2.6.7
The page is a bit obscure, the dots reveal the good stuff. Mouse-over
will reveal the contents, then click. I added the repo to synaptic and
imported the key. It all worked like a breeze. Will test it out
tomorrow. Ric
