Ahhhhhh... there was a bug in OpenSim 0.7.0.2 when using the groups module.  I just ported the fix to the 0.7-post-fixes 
branch (it's already in master), so I'm afraid you will have to build that branch manually or apply it to the 0.7.0.2 
source separately.

The commit UUID is b1ab3ea5d96c664c387504ad5d4ba5d9464ae3f1

If this doesn't solve your problem then I recommend that you post some more details :)
