[Opensim-users] region modules in 0.7.0.2

Thanks, Bluewall: I am cc'ing Zach. We'll report back when
we have the module working correctly. We're taking real-time
data from outside opensim (via an external continuous-time
simulator) and wanting to present it within opensim. We'll
look at your code now.
