[Opensim-users] Implementing Groups

I have fixed my error (set file to ASCI) and worked a custom XMLRPC groups
module based in floatsam, I you dont mind switching from floatsam, here is
the source: https://github.com/jor3l/OSModules/tree/master/osgroups/ :)
