[Opensim-users] Improve voice quality OpenSim and FreeSwitch

I actually hacked up FreeSwitch to return the codec name that SLVoice wanted
and use G7221 and it crashed SLVoice.

The codec that they're using is a proprietary codec named "SIREN14-3D" and
the G7221 codec is supposedly equivalent to "SIREN14" but it isn't
"SIREN14-3D".

Sorry!
