[Opensim-users] cannot disable "create object" option

You need to make sure permissions are enabled in OpenSim.ini.

You need to make sure you're not using a user that has estate manager
privileges

You need to make sure that you're not using a user that has god privileges.

Usually, your first user has estate manager/region owner privileges.
