[Opensim-users] Region logon error

Am hoping someone can give me a few pointers on an error I'm having which is
driving me nuts, any help is gratefully received.

If anyone is interested I have placed a zip file of the logs

Am running opensim-0.6.8-release in grid mode and its all running on one PC,
I using Windows Vista so I run a command prompt using "run as admin" then
start the grid services in the following order and they seem to start fine:

OpenSim.Grid.UserServer.exe
OpenSim.Server.exe
OpenSim.Grid.MessagingServer.exe 
OpenSim.exe -gridmode=true

I have my secondlife client opening using "C:\Program
Files\SecondLife\SecondLife.exe" -loginuri http://127.0.0.1:8002/ -multiple

The error I get is:

Login Failed.
The region you are attempting to log into is not responding. Please select
another region or try again.

In the OpenSim.log I can see that the regions hope1 and hope2 do not get
mentioned when it comes to enabling logins, I can see the following in the
log:
