[Opensim-users] How to get rid of the water in the sim period.

Ah, that makes sense.  I forget how many things are actually the result of
the viewer rather than the server.

Another thing I thought of was the setting in OpenSim.ini that is either
true or false - being able to "see" into neighboring regions.  If set to
false, it kinda renders the neighboring sim invisible, but does nothing
regarding the effects of the water/ocean.  But if there is no neighboring
sim then it is irrelevant it seems.
