[Opensim-users] Making A 30region clone to a 30 sector Mega-region

Crrent git clone put my tests as junk. Updates are bad. For one when a mega
region is shout down , frontend says there there. Infact i tryed this to
find out that its not dereg am inatance on shutdown,
For some realson whe i look of a mega now , the counter thinks thee there
This adds on top of the object crossing stuff. 
In the 30 reagions now at git master.. Mega region as a grid is broked!
Im sorry but way i see it
I have a good ide why whats changed core wise but damm :)
