Hi Mahmoud, have you tried following the install instructions from the freeswitch wiki?

http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Installation_for_Windows

That will get freeswitch installed. 
You'll then need to make some config changes in freeswitch and also your OpenSim.ini file.
That is rather well documented on the opensim wiki

Give it a go and post any errors here.
