[Opensim-users] Archicad export

Hi, i have build a structure in archicad and i want it to be imported in my 
opensim server. Archicad give me the opportunity to save as .3ds or .obj .  I 
have google it, but din`t found a exact answer for how to import it on opensim. 
So if is anyone who did that before please share that wisdom. Thank you and best
