You didn't mention which revision you are using - 0.6.9 to 0.7 involved a lot of internal restructuring.

I remember a lot of similar problems in some of the older 0.6.xx versions.

When I create and object and try to add a texture from the library all it does goes to loading and then nothing. When I hit blank the first time on an object it doesn’t blank all the faces of the object and treats the object as if it multible. I then have to het the default and then the blank to get all the sides blank. Here is what I have already tried to fix the problem:

 

1.       Deleted and reinstalled the Windows binary distro to see if I had a bad DB.

2.       Compiled a new binary from source to see if I was having problems with precompiled version.

3.       Checked the permissions on the folders to make sure that is not a problem

4.       Checked the log for error messages on startup of OpenSim.exe

 

Does anyone else have any ideas. The only thing else I have been thinking of doing is trying a new DB with MySQL.
