[Opensim-users] Region handshake issue

At the moment I would just like confirmation that it is a real bug and not
something dumb that *I* have done! LOL

Once it is reproducible then a mantis and a fix will follow ...

Checking my OpenSIm screen this morning I noticed several such incidents,
but they all seemed to recover by themselves. O maybe they just dumped the
user - who knows?
