[Opensim-users] couldn't compile opensim

I can't compile opensim scene 0.6.9. But I can compile and run 0.6.8 with
out any errors.
I use windows vista business edition and visual studio 2008.
build error is missing some mata data files like OpenSim.Freamwork.dll,
  OpenSim.Freamwork.Servers.dll...etc.
Also I tried in different machines. they have same error messages.
please help me to install opensim 0.7.0.1 in my computer.
