[Opensim-users] Disappearing regions

I have 4 regions in one sim.  It is not set up as a mega region.  When I fly
from one region to another, I get the normal short pause and then move on
into the next.  I do a few things and then fly back to the region I was just
in.  When I get to the border, the region I'm entering disappears and the
transition stalls for a while and then I'm able to get back into the region
I was leaving.
 
If I try to tp to the region that disappeared, the tp fails.  Usually I have
to restart the server to get it back.  I have seen it reappear once after a
long time.
 
Any ideas what's happening?  Is it me or a bug?  Let me know what files you
might want to see to help.
