Thank you for replying :)  

I put the paypal module inside the "addon-modules" folder or maybe
"bin\addon-modules\"
so when creating solution file, it couldn't find the required files. 

Read the manual first..!!  LOL  
 
but i will try compiling wih putting payal module inside
"\OpenSim\Region\OptionalModules"
