[Opensim-users] Why do I keep being told I committed suicide?

I am working on my own land doing construction.  After some period of time,
I get a message that I committed suicide.  The only thing I can do is log
out and back in again.
 
Why would I do such a thing and on my own land?  Any ideas why this is
happening and how to get it to stop?
