[Opensim-users] How to change Master Avatar name?

Hi

I know this is a pretty elementary question, but what is the
recommended way of changing the name of the Master Avatar for a region
in OpenSim 0.66?

Do I change it in Regions.ini and restart the sim, or do I sell the
land to the new master avi?
