[Opensim-users] Welcome web page on V0.6.6

I understand that this should set up a splash page for /usr/lib/opensim/bin/welcome/welcome.html and that the html page will be displayed on the viewer before login.

(from /usr/lib/opensim/bin/opensim.ini)

    ; login page: optional: if it exists it will be used to tell the client to use
    ;                       this as splash page
    ; currently unused
    welcome = http://192.168.1.101/welcome

I get only a black screen what do I need to do here?
