[Opensim-users] diva problems

That particular setting is also in OpenSim.ini.example, so that's where 
it comes from. Needs to be fixed there, and I'll fix it in the diva 
distro too.

In general, if the problems are related to packaging, configuration and 
update, you should report it here:
http://github.com/diva/diva-distribution/issues

If it's generic about the workings of OpenSim (performance, issues about 
megaregions, etc), it should be reported in mantis, providing the 
OpenSim revision of the diva distro in question, rNNNN.

If you're not sure, start by reporting in the diva distro issues, and 
I'll have a look first.
