[Opensim-users] transitioning assets from Second Life to OpenSim

  The state of the art, as it were, seems to be some code that exists in the
Periscope extension of Simian (which is related to the libomv project). In
that code, apparently, there is code that saves/loads using OAR.  There
was also some discussion suggesting that the save/load OAR feature might
be in the 0.7.0 release of libomv.
