[Opensim-users] Region / Bordercrossing Question

Hello List,

what exactly is responsible for good Sim Crossings ?
Is it the Amount of RAM on the Machine or is it the processor 
or the network connection (in this case the upload bandwidth) ?

Here at home i have a german telekom VDSL 50MBit (down) and 
with 5 Mbit Upload Speed .. What does a typically server in 
a hosting Enviroment has to offer (in case its the upload bandwith) ?
